So I think we can both agree that you are releasing 'Command War Planner' still in essentially a beta state?

Please do not strawman what I am saying. I'm not expecting a zero-bug release. But, I would have expected a release that is comparable in reliability to the existing 1147 branch. You are nowhere near that, IMHO.
The boogabooga doctrine for CMO: Any intentional human intervention needs to be able to completely and reliably over-ride anything that the AI is doing at any time.
