Dear Larry,

I am so sorry for your loss but am glad you are able to talk about it and have had some help. It's traditional to wish you a long life, which, I know too well, can feel more like a malicious one than a good one at this time, but it is with the best intent. I suppose the idea is that life should go on for you, with sadness, obviously, but also with some joy, and that although it's crappy now, time will help. I'd never speak about 'getting over it' as I don't think you're supposed to do so, but in time you will be better able to live with it.

I came to this post because I have started to get so much from people like you generously donating your talent to make a great game better, esp at a time when I'm more than previously dependent on my computer,
best wishes,
David
