I think there's something dodgy with you install I'vegot 1126b on mine as well as the latest and in both Pollux will load.

In your image of the editor you will notice that the cargo capacity is 0 on the right side. Could be a data issue. Reloading the game might fix it....GP

I do not think the OP updated his game installation. Ship class 291 in the original 0079 install does not have a cargo capacity.
