Seems we've lost another one

Well, sad news indeed. Being as I had a number of older friends this is my new normal.
Unfortunately guys, it only goes downhill from here. Instead of your mentors it changes to your classmates and contemporaries.

I console myself with my memories of all the great times that were had. Sudden losses are particularly hard.
I mentioned it last year, but I will say it again here:
Guys, I know we as a group are not raised to show much "love" to our friends, but you'll be surprised how good it makes you and a close friend feel if you can muster the courage to let them know how much they mean to you.

No need to get sappy, guys understand code well enough to "get it".
Don't wait and risk beating yourself up the rest of your days for not saying how much someone meant to you.

Rest in peace Nomad, you are missed.
