Leave Parsifal in place! The batle for Singapore has a Wagnerian-like epicness!
Not wise if I want Singapore to last longer than historical Feb 15th... Only epic in that guy are his stats...and not good way...

This part of war is really frustrating especially considering Political Points. Getting 50 PP/day is not enough, not sure if 500/day would be enough right now. So it's time of heavy prioritization. I need to get 2 AUS brigades out of Singapore to Java (and get Sparrow. Gull and Lark Bns of 3rd brigade there too).
Hint of the day: Pay attention to your air unit COs, TF COs and ship captains. E.g. if you have good ship captain that can be TF CO, you save some PP for not having to appoint TF CO (which you lose to reserve on disbandment). I just don't have available PP to do everything I want, too many very poor COs, too little PP...
One of the frustrations is e.g. Tanker TFs, where largest tonnage ship captain is TF leader...thus the naval skill 19 tanker doofus instead of your escort ship CO... In this case you have to appoint TF leader. You will have less nasty shite happen to your TF that way.

If the TF has a military ship as an escort, if I remember correctly then that ship's captain is the TF commander.
Those HDMLs and smaller military ships can become the admirals yacht if you put it in the TF and send all of the other ships into port for repairs. You don't lose the TF commander that way.
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

No it'd not work like that always, example is Tanker TFs below. If ship is DD or bigger, it'll be leading ship. But if it's other (most long range escorts are PC/PG), combat ship is not leading ship.

Sardaukar, I am just completing that airlift of NG Rifles fragments to PM and the hardest one is C/NG Rifles located at Wau. It has no port so your patrol aircraft cannot move them out, but there is a level 1 AF. If you can get some transport aircraft to PM you can airlift them that way. DEI has some short range Transport Aircraft that will do for the job. After all the NG Rifles fragments are in PM and the other Bn is brought in by ship, the PM Bde can be completed. For some reason they are very slow to gain morale, even though I gave them a good leader. It seems missing TOE or fragments have an effect on overall morale.
BTW, in a previous game attempt I gave the Allies a starting PP total of 9999 (highest possible). It still wasn't enough to fix all the poor leaders and aircraft upgrades that cost PP!
EDIT: PS - it takes about a month for the C/NG Rifles fragment to walk out to the next base on the coast, then you still have to airlift it when you need your patrols to be spotting enemy TFs.

After couple of visits to hospital again (CT scan and specialist appointment) after 4th bout of chemo (last one gave me nasty side effects plus caught adenovirus), on Sept 9th, will start radiation therapy, cancer has not spread. My chemo was this: https://www.macmillan.org.uk/cancer-inf ... -drugs/tip (though not testicular cancer nor am I in UK, but it's in English )
Sick leave is extended to end of the year, so plenty of time to play...
So, back to battlefield.

I never had chemotherapy but my father did. That was not pleasant to watch. I will not state more here unless you ask. I wish you well.
If you need help, don't forget to ask for it from someone who is willing to help you.
