Thank you for the suggestion.
I have the folder you suggested installed. I downloaded the files you suggested in the link and replaced the old ones. It has made no difference.

I'm sure nothing has changed with the game itself. Its always risky running in that folder as permissions and security changes can happen with windows updates.

Ugh. I did not know this! Programs was the default location that the CMO installer went to for me.

Since, I'm suddenly having the same issue (in a different build) should I just go ahead an uninstall everything and try again?

Well, I ended up uninstalling CMO and the re-installing in a different location. Fun!

Reinstalling in a different location Seems to have fixed this problem.

And call me crazy, but if I think that if it's a "known" issue that CMO might not run properly if installed in the "Programs" directory, then the CMO installer should not default that directory!
