Ha. I've played it a good few times so I knew what to expect, for instance hanging into those objectives by every teeth and finger and toe nail

A most fun little scenario it is.

Bane Of Supply

Must read the map better. Didn't notice no way across the river from the more northern road, wasted units. Lost 1 VP location, ran out of time to regain it, the wasted units hurt me there.

It would be nice to try an H2H on this one. Scripted VM performs a valiant attack but is a bit overly aggressive perhaps. I human player could propably make a better use of a concentrated attack on French weak points.

I think that was one of the first scenarios I scripted because it was small.

It's a bloody affair indeed and I think I need to redo so some of that so the Viet Minh have an understanding that there are minefields, it seems they suffer terribly because of it.

I also see the Victory Conditions need to be revised.

The event points should the French be able to hold into all objective were quite generous towards the end iirc. That alone makes quite a difference.

With a human VM player, it is likely at least one of the objectives would fall quite quickly I think. VM does have quite a manpower advantage. It is a fun scenario for sure.

I did concentrate on their engineering units, took out 2 engineering units early and chased the other off. Don't think any hexes got cleared by their engineers. I don't think the AI assaulted enough.

That's good to know.

I'll definitely rework that scenario for the Spring Update.

Scenario: To Hit and Run- Battle of Tan An

Wow...best scenario yet, Jason is a bad man :) . One of my favorite type of scenarios, active defense with counter attacking chances with reinforcements. It won't be hard to do better than I did, my casualties were just terrible. I don't look at the victory screen while I play but with all the points the other side kept getting for my casualties I knew it wasn't going well. The bridge changed hands 4 times, couldn't break through from the south....just terrible..but man was it fun. Great job on this one Jason, even though I got smoked

Without further ado the embarrassing screen..Tada  .....I just got to far down the road to turn back.....I dare you to do worse
