Well, many years ago I did. I actually put together a mini Operation Pilgrim scenario based on the original British plans, including intelligence maps showing where the various Spanish gun positions were etc.

Trouble is there was not much for the Spanish to do. Very much a vs. PO scenario.

"War Studies"
"War? Huh. What is it good for?"
"Absolutely nothing."
