You receive so many PPs per turn. You lose so many PPs per turn when you don't remove the ships and the air units that withdraw. If you are losing more than you are getting, then you are running a deficit. I suggest that you check on the units that need to withdraw and withdraw them as soon as is possible. If you don't, you won't be getting the PPs that you need to free more units up for you to use or anything else that the PPs are used for.

Thanks ! The thing is I am getting 0 PP per turn, it stopped about the Jan 16 turn ,

You might want to check two things in your Intelligence menu.

1. "Group Withdrawal Schedule". If any air squadrons are overdue, withdraw them immediately. I'd guess likely this is a big part of the problem. Maybe you didn't withdraw any of the West Coast restricted US Army air units. There are a lot of them
2. "Ship Withdrawal". Same deal, anything overdue get it to an eligible port and withdraw it immediately.

Thanks very much ! That was the issue, now they are flowing OK. 20 years away from the Game with a bad memory means I need to review the updated manual. Thanks guys for salvaging the Game.
