I had a Sierra Nevada on the way home. Why that brand ? They were out of cider (pear !) and that was the closest tap that wasn't a "national brand".

There's most of a fifth of Dewars for later. It's my VACATION after all.

That will be a Fat Tire(tm). Have to wait, cause it's late and I'm one of those wimps that spends a couple hours reading the manual before I dive in.

Downloading as we type. I'm thinking of starting a Kursk '43 campaign at the same time and seeing which I finish first (sometime in 2005).

I have an image of some guy swerving all over the road in his Maserati, with a beer in his hand (shudders).

It was a 12 year old single malt scotch. This game is too good to leave to beer.

The beer whose name emulates my reaction to seeing the first turn:

Moose Drool, a brown ale from Big Sky Brewing Co.

Didn't drink anyting while exploring the game last night but I did have a tall Maker's Mark(a smooth Kentucky bourbon) and 7-up before bed to help calm my nerves. Sometimes I will just have the Maker's Mark on ice, very smoothhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
