33 hours 55 min with my dial up. Started at 9 pm last night at 30% when I left for work

It *still* beats waiting 3 months until your local store happens to finally get of their arse and get one in stock for you. [;)]

Doesn't your local library have broadband and a burner? Hell, go to the university and offer some student a case of beer to use their computer lab. (Over 21, of course)[:)]

My wife used a T1 line at her work, took 47 minutes. Her production assisstant did the math and though it would take 15 hours on a dial up.

A little bit of advice if using a common machine, PLEASE flush the browser's cache afterwards. All your information will be sitting there for the next guy that happens to come along. I'd hate to see people get in that kind of a situation.

The same holds true even on your own machine, after downloading you probably have a 400+ meg file left sitting in your browser's cache directory eating up your hard drive space. Security on the Internet is extremely poor. Always remember that.

Last night it took about 3 1/2 hours on DSL at an average speed of 57.8Kb. A bit slower than I usually average.

West Coast, USA DSL took me 56 minutes, which is slow for me, but that's before anyone knew it was out and all us were circling[;)].

That's almost exactly my experience [:)]. Download ran at a solid 352 KB/sec the entire time. Brighthouse of Central Florida.

A person at work heard my fury in the break room when my wife called to tell me. He offered to download on his dsl and burn a cd for me. It took him 41 min[:D] He is bringing it to me at 7:00 am Tomorrow morning![&o][:D] BANZI
