Sub Tender question

Just thinking about my preious post and I can rationalize it being okay to do this by saying that because I sent a large Dutch Supply TF to Singapore it would stand to reason that they would have brought torpedo reloads for their Subs that were going to be stationed there. And besides I do have a Dutch AS in the port.

Any opinions on this would be most welcomed

20k was PT limit, it has been downscaled in the next patch to a more reasonable 3k

So the uber-PT boats get even more powerful? [X(]

And iirc this fix in the next patch also includes reloading cross-national Minelayers too.[8D]
