Note on Amazon that the listing is from a retailer and it indicates availability as "1-2 weeks" so no, it is not currently available from Amazon
Availability: Usually ships in 1-2 weeks from J&R Music and Computer World
2 used & new from $37.88

The ebay listing are in effect preorders, its most likely retailers trying to get a jump on sales. You can try buying it, but I would be VERY surprised you got it before it was generally available.
