Check the bug forum, apparently C-47 are disappearing when using paratroopers (or are the troopers disappearing, or both [:D])....

The patch was not designed to reduce overstacked units to reduce pilots - it only affects new pilots coming in.

A question to the C-47 problem :
Do you loose planes or do they become damaged ?
If you loose planes, do you loose pilots as well ?
Do they have to fly or does it happen even if they sit around drinking coffee/beer (single unit/all C-47 units) ?

Q1: Loose planes
Q2: Planes only
Q3: No flights by any units (4/5 units affected)

I suspect you can just see for yourself. Boot up scn.7, run the first turn. The planes go AWOL on turn two.

ORIGINAL: Erik Rutins

Within the zip file should be an exe installer. Run the installer and it will place the right files in the right places. This is not just an exe replacement, I believe one or two other files were also changed.

[&o]SUCCESS... I saw your post about winzip & that is when I realized that my winzip was missing from my system. So I spent 3 hours today searching disks from my old computer & re-installed a Beta version. All is well now & I have both 240 and 241 loaded up & running.
Must be early senility on my part or just CRS.... Thanks for the idea, Sir.
I wonder if I should mention this lapse on my VA disability claim??? Hmmm....
