Yeah, riiiiiiiiiight...
but its things like that you can trust. when I was a seller of a few items, it pissed me off when someone with 1 previous transaction bought a camera of mine. it turned out lucky for me and everything went smoothly, but people with less than 5 or 6 transactions are hard to trust.

in the case of the laptop above, you can see the seller had only 2 transactions and one of them had a negative comment!! first never buy anything you're prepared to lose from someone selling with only a few transactions and second avoid anyone with a recent negative comment.

in the case of the flag, I'm sure its genuine to the best of the sellers knowledge (though he might have been duped himself originally when he bought it). if you look at his rating he's 99% with a lot of transactions. he's not going to risk a negative comment for $125 dollars. there are some sellers out there that will bend over backwards to avoid any negative comments, because its their actual business and regular ebay users won't buy from anyone with even a few recent negative remarks.

I've only used EBay twice. 1 good buy, 1 not so good buy. The good buy was getting a copy of System Shock....the seller made good fully on his/her obligations. The other failed to mention that the show breeches sold were women's breeches and wouldn't fit right on a guy. (and guys look silly enough wearing men's breeches while riding a horse!)

I never had any problem on Ebay, always look at the sellers feedbacks (IF he is from China, auctioning off a high end PC for almost nothing with only 2 feedbacks from selling two 1 yuang stamps to a buddy,be VERY wary!!! [:D][:D][:D] )

I have ten rules I live by. The first three I will share with y'all, just cause they apply so well for this situation.

1) The majority of Humans are stupid. (Stupid having nothing to do with how intelligent you are.)
2) The stupid will be punished.
3) The stupid should not breed.

Whipple,

I agree 100% with numbers one and two of your first three rules. But I WANT stupid people to breed.
