News from Stavka:After last weeks blows by the Red Army.We have managed to make a hard defence ready for the invaders.We have reports from sources with in the O.K.W that Hitler has gone insane with the loss that has happened on the Russian Front.Unconfirmed rumors has talked about the madman Hitler laying under the table and gnawing on the table legs.
We have confirmed that only true are unbending defence we have caused serius losses on the Facist invaders.
Confimed losses are:
Squads :65
AFV :8
Guns :61
Air :27
And remeber this is just the losses that the facist have for trying to move into the heart land of Mother Russia!
We will stand proud and liberate all of the homeland.

Yes,the Proud Red Army destroyed a hole Pz-Corp.I would have to say that it was a stroke of good luck.Reports will be coming on the total amount of German losses after the next turn!

Soviet losses on the Northern front have crippled all hopes of a concentrated defence of Leningrad. The Fuhrer has urged all his troops in this sector of the front to move forward.
Bolshevik losses under the command of Kuznetsov are believed to be in the region of 15,000 men, 110 guns and 76 tanks.

Kirponos has lost another 1350 men and 10 guns in the defence of kiev. The Fuhrer has decieded not to use his Panzer divisions in the capture of the city due to fears of great losses during what could become house to house fighting. In other areas of the Southern front the Bolsheviks have lost over 11,000 men and 52 guns.

On the central front the Soviet 26th Army surrendered with 14,340 men and 181 guns, 82 tanks. Our troops are within 200 miles of Moscow, more rapid advances are expected.

All German losses whether they be surrendered units or others were to be expected. The Soviets are obviously distorting all truths in order to gain the confidence of the Jew-liar Churchill the british worlord who forced this war upon us.
We as the liberators of all Europe urge all our allies and friends not to believe these distortions and untruths. Any commander who was involved in any sort of unfortunate bi-product of our rapid advance has been delt with.
In regard to a possible winter conflict our general staff have taken precautions though we do not believe the Soviets will be continuing to fight by this coming winter.

Our brave forces near the cities of Bryansk, Vyazma, Smolensk, Zaporozhe, Novgorod.

The Bolshevik rabble of the 44th Army in Kiev continue to fight on though odds against them have reached upto 35 to 1.
The Bolshevik Southern front is on the verge of collapse with over with losses of over 25,000 in recent battles and nearly 200 guns, 20 AFV's.

On the Northern front the Bolshevik 10th Army surrendered with over 22,680 men, 154 guns. Other losses yet to be confirmed are in the area of 26,000 troops and over 100 guns, 104 AFV's.

The Bolshevik central front also lost many troops and material. The 15th Soviet Army surrendered with over 34,610 men, 285 guns and 116 AFV's. Other soviet Armies around Smolensk also lost in the area of 21,000 men 120 guns.

The Soviet 72nd Army at Velikiye-Luki is also surrounded along with other Armies all along the front.

Overall Bolshevik losses:

25,614 Squads.
4,866 AFV's.
9,666 Guns.
8,479 Aircraft.

Massive Victories!!!

The Soviet 72nd Army at Velikiye-Luki surrendered with losses totaled at 36,280 men and 219 guns. The Soviet 30th Army was also forced to retreat from Novgorod. German Panzer forces now occupy the city!.
Other losses in the area are estimated at 1200, men and 5 guns.

On the Central front.
Two Soviet Armies surrender!!! and one is shattered. The Bolshevik 14th Army was shattered with losses considered in the region of 18,010 men, 133 guns and 35 Tanks.
The Bolshevik 78th Army also based near Smolensk surrendered with over 56,780 troops, 411 guns and 61 Tanks.
Bogdanov also lost the 69th Bolshevik Army near Gomel with losses in troops and equipment in the area of 46,310 troops and 310 Guns.

Other losses in the Bryansk area are in the area of 4,980 and 49 guns.

Only the It expd Korps attacked in the south taking Bolshevik losses in the south to 4,080 men and 19 guns. An offensive Army is being prepared in the South for a new attack which will the Fuhrer as asured will destroy all Soviet resistance in the south.

Once again Novgorod falls, Smolensk falls and Velikiye-Luki falls.

Soviet Losses:

28,920 Squads
5045 AFV's
10,952 Guns
9013 Aircraft.

You may have noticed Stalin and his vipers nest of liars are quite at the moment. He blames this on his internet connection. The Fuhrer believes this is lie for the Bolsheviks do not have the intelligence to have internet servers.
The Fuhrer with assistance of the Todt organization has built great servers all over Germany for all you internet needs and we shall do the same in the east when this war of liberation is over!!!.

Pity. Goring was a drug-ridden, schizophrenic, depraved imbecile who IMO did more damage to the Luftwaffe than the USAAF.

Goring for a period was what you say. Power corrupts people. He did have problems standing up to Hitler, but you must understand that this was due to Hitler making the man, creating his power base.
But I see no need to absolutly attack the man in the most vicious way possible though.
We should be thankful that such an intelligent man was as corruptable as he was.

In regards to Gorings hibernation I think this is the result of his severe loss in the battle of Britain and that Hitler seemed to have lost complete confidence in Goring. This affected him greatly. But Goring did one last time take it to Hitler. He tried to peruade him that the attack in the East was a mistake. He was worried the Luftwaffe was not up to the task. He was more concerned about attacking Britain, but Hitler told him that it would be a waste, the Luftwaffe was needed in the East and that there would not be enough Aircraft for both, the reason being Aircraft production was to be lowered until Russia was defeated.
There is no excuse for his attitude towards his pilots. Maybe it could have been due to low self esteem and passing blame in order to regain Hitlers confidence.

I understand what you say, I think what you say is valid. I just think that in your original post your were very hard on the man. The fact is should Goring have been given such responsiblities in the first place. Hitler may have been drawn to him due to his courage shown in the first war, but he was a very different by the begining of the war and probably back to his original self after the war.
A more moral man would have been a better leader.

Even with Germanys current economy I dont think they could affored the Bronze to build so many statues, maybe of Goebbles but not of Goring.

Yeah, if ALL the key positions in the Nazi hierarchy had been given to efficient technocrats/soldiers (rather than ideological fanatics) like Speer, Doenitz, Guderian, the war might have taken a different course.

Anyways, enough about Goering already. Let's give Fat Man a rest.
