Well, patch 02 has been >97% done now for about 3 weeks. As is often the case in software, it is easy to get "almost done" it is hard to get "done".

We do not strive for absolute perfection - in which case we would never release a patch (or a game!) but we want to remove the obvious issues that we've created within the patch. Like today someone realized there was a piece of code that was supposed to be in the patch that was missing which fixes a known issue, we want to get that in. Actually I think there are three issues we've found this week that we want to correct before the patch 02 "public beta" release. And since we do a weekly build - our next build will be Tuesday morning USA time, so probable public beta availability is now looking like Thursday USA time, allowing for a 24 hour check out by the team.

We apologize for the delay, but can only continue to try to do our best to get patch 02 done as soon as possible.
