I was rooting for Holland....it seems though that they swapped their team for inmates from Strangeways! Not a spectacle I would like to see again. And FIFA need to seriously come down hard on these people that "assault" the officials...either the officials have control, or they don't. Right now it seems to be a trade off as to who runs the field.

Refs word is final - only the Captain can question. That's it. Anyone else involved in surrounding the ref or any other official is yellowed - red if they've got a yellow...and I know that's harsh to be sent off for - but unless they change the ridiculous yellow/red system, that's the only thing left for the ref to do.

Sorry, it just drives me a little nuts when the "report" function is RIGHT THERE on each post. I just don't understand why more folks here don't make use of it, when doing so takes the same amount of time (if not less) than posting about [the spammer].
