The Sydney shipyard is racing against the clock to repair torpedo damage to CVE Long Island...... she is estimated to be available in 18 days.
Back at Pearl Harbor......shipyard personel work around the clock on "high shipyard" repair to complete repair of the torpedo damage to CV Lexington. It will still take another 40 days to fully patch the hole in her hull.
