Also here is a look at the Eastern Front as it currently stands, there are only a handful of theaters of action now, and even one of the three is almost entirely Romanian.

To anyone that was reading this sorry for trailing off, the AI was toast and I played a few turns and just took London and instead focused my time updating the newest version which has just been released in the mod's thread. Thanks for reading, sorry for the lame ending!

Thanks for the explanation, I had noticed there hadn't been any posts for a bit, but it was fun to follow while I was going on! [:)]

Once the Allies were reeling in France it was over, nothing much to report at that point. Like I mentioned I was eager to rather work on the mod and get out the new version instead.

I think the turning points in this match were

1) The Allies not investing enough in Spanish diplomacy after bringing Portugal into the war, this made Spain an easy Axis ally, and something I've addressed in the new version. This was a very early mistake on the Allies.
2) The second turning point was the Allied collapse in Egypt, this is the fastest I had ever taken Egypt in a long time
3) The Axis barely won the battle on the Eastern Front by tossing everything and the kitchen sink in early in 1943, had an early D-Day happened I'm certain I would have been forced onto the defense
4) The Axis counter attack in France; with the Eastern Front shortened to only a few key battle grounds I was able to mass my Armour for a decisive push

This was a great AAR! Thanks for posting it. Will you be doing a new one with the modifications you made?

Undetermined, maybe a more limited if there is interest, and if so one and at the beginning of Barbarossa as I think 1939-1940 can be just summarized.

Makes sense. Unlike Avalon Hill's Third Reich, the Germans can't lose the war in Poland in this game. :)

Thanks for the truly epic AAR - fascinating, even if you did have to massively buff the AI to make it possible.
