I have not noticed any issues with getting supplies to troops or with the movement of resources, the MP and supply levels of units are what one would expect. As most of the Soviet Army is infantry and cavalry presently, possibly in the summer of 1942 when I start creating tank corps the situation might change.

The Axis player on turn 37 sent a Panzer Corps towards the Crimea - a general retreat was started by the Red Army in the Crimea sector to prevent units from being encircled next turn, which is a snow turn.
