1/11/21, 12:37 PM - [Allied]: So the Soviets rolled high enough to knock out all 3 of the Ploesti oil, but since there was only 2 undamaged they only knocked out 2.
1/11/21, 12:38 PM - [Allied]: Looks like MWiF is counting the "damaged" oil as 1 of the 2 knocked out and leaving #3 oil alone.
