Well, the last flicker of hope to get the purchase of our new house to work went out yesterday morning. [:(]

The good news is that we looked at another house with a pool yesterday evening and are going back to really look at everything in detail after work. We may make an offer on it before tonight is over. [8D]

Good luck! Start looking for something temporary or you will sell yours out from underneath yourself! I am pretty sure you are aware of this, you are a smart guy.

Our current house we built and it was delayed and we had to live in a townhouse for two months out of boxes.

Check with your Realtor to find any month to month leases that might work.

Also, my son informed me by text that he had his 3DS in some shorts when he got into the ocean...

Expensive lesson for him. He is going to have to replace it with his earnings. Have to find some jobs for him to do around the house so he can earn some money.

Indeed, we have already sold our house.... took 5 days. We are moving out on July 29th, and are now looking for a furnished apt for a month's rental while all of our stuff is in storage.

Sure are, Leo. First one I took with my camera. Brinker bought this panorama Kodak. We were standing a few feet apart when we took our shots. Got the same damn goat with the black tail. Know this looks like postcard stuff, but it's very, very real. The picture postcard of Puerto Varas is from some pro photog on the net, but that's just what it looks like. Trust me [;)]
