My 8 years old parakeet died this morning... not a good start for "THE THREAD" pets this new year... [:(]

The 2015 was warmest year in my town since measurements were being made - even in December 2015 he had almost 15-20 degrees Centigrade with blue skies and sun...

But last night it started to snow... now we have 15+ cm of snow (6+ inches)... imagine that...

Grand Forks. I can see Minnesota from my living room.

The first time I was at Grand Forks (USAF physical), it was completely fogged in.  I had no idea what the base looked like.

It can get quite foggy at times. Seems November is the foggiest month.
