In my opinion it is a gross mistake of the opponent. He managed to concentrate a lot of troops on the narrow Arabat Spit. I hope that my aircrafts and ships of the Azov flotilla will create many problems for him.

I am also surprised that almost everyone who plays for Germany trying to break through on Arabat Spit

Btw, looking at the pics I wonder if certain unit types shouldn`t be present in less numbers or at all. For example:
105 mm (4.13 in) leFH 18/3 auf Gw B-1/B-2 740(f) - only 13 were produced so I wonder if it justifies having two full strength units on the same map.
http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/f ... B1_bis.php
ADGZ - the Austrians only made 27 of them and the Germans another 25 starting with 1942, but they seem to have been mostly used in the Balkans for security operations:
http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/ww2/n ... n_ADGZ.php
The Romanian OA vz.30 - in March 1939 9 Czechoslovak OA vz.30 crossed the border into Romania, but there is no evidence that they were ever used in combat (as opposed to security of industrial sites in the country), let alone of any use on the eastern front.
I guess it all depends on how much variety and liberty of action you want to enable on this scenario.
That is all right,
but I deliberately went to such a move, in order to diversify the composition units on the map.

about new map
It would be good to portray the system of Soviet fortifications along the line of the -Neman-Shara-Yaselda. I think it would be logical.
Most likely, I will do it, but later
Goga also asked me about it

The soviet 2nd and 5th tank divsion had order to deive north on 23nd June - they fight againts the 1th and 6th german tank divisions in the battle tank at Rossinoi.
They stand than no more in coman of the 11th soviet army and can not attack Hoths tank group from the north. I think we have to deploy them not on map than - I think !
Stop guys
The 11th Army is the North-Western Front

If you want to implement the counter-attack from the north, it will be possible to use scripts
This would be possible if we will draw two big maps !!!
1. From Riga to the Pripet Marshes.
2. From the Pripet Marshes to the Black Sea.
But it will be overly ambitious project...
And we never know like all will end...

Without Hoths tanks you can show the german operations on map.
I think it would be enough to set the map to 50 km south of Vilnius.

40-50 kilometers south of Vilno, is not a problem. It is a little to the north of our line.
Then the new line will be - Angerburg, Orany, Krasnoye, Borisov.
In any case, we have enough time to coordinate this.
Now I began to work with the western piece of map.
