While the escorts dog fight and the Me-109's are forced back to Antwerp, the French bombers clear through.

The Hampdens strike gold or rather AFV's and trucks.

The French effort is less impressive although the hit on the 105mm is useful.

Marseilles and Senegal Mil rail to Calais. USSR rails an Inf to Vilna.

USSR and China make a couple of minor land moves.

The French advance across the Belgium border to form their forward defence line.

Between them, the French HQ's re-org the Lnd, Ftr and Senegal Mil.

The weather remains unseasonably mild.

Get ready you all! Axis will do something, but Germany is not happy about disorganized units in front line. Probably I should be more worried about 2 factor ground strikes...

J/F 40 Axis 5

Italy declares war on CW and calls reserves. On roll 2 US is not pleased.

Italy naval, Germany combined, Japan land.

Allies, prepare for naval combats!

Germany sends 4 ships to North Sea, does Allies want to intercept them?

EDIT: While waiting for the answer I had a minor hearth attack. I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE BRUSSELS AND I'M MOVING NAVAL UNITS. Then I remembered my plan and the fact I chose combined. I'm OK again :)

That's handy. I've been wondering how I could provoke an Italian DoW, without risking too much and you've nicely solved that little quandry.

Well, it's kind of what they are there for.

On roll 4 intercept barely fails. All 4 ships continue and sails to North Atlantic box 2.
Italy sends a sub to Cape St. Vincent box 2 and another one to Cape Verde Basin box 1.

Italy sends 6 ships to Western Med, does CW want to intercept them?

I'm puzzled why a roll of 2 failed to intercept with CA's in the 4-box of the North Sea, particularly when it says 3 or less needed.

The RN will attempt to intercept in West Med. Use CA in 0-box.

Sorry, my mistake. The roll in North Sea was 4. I changed it to my post.

On a roll 10 Italian ships continue to Eastern Med box 3.
11 CA's and CL's sails to Western Med box 4.

Axis will initiate naval combat in every possible 6 sea areas.

North Sea first, does CW want to fly more planes to sea? Germany did not bring anything more.

Just noticed that France can also fly planes to North Sea, but I guess they are going to fly either?

Axis roll 3, Allied roll 7. Germany chooses only box 0, finally Amsterdam will be OOS! I have tried this so many inpulses...

Germany chooses naval air combat and both planes fly as bombers. AA fire is barely noticed and Germany uses 4 points to increase damage and 3 points to choose 2nd target also. Convoy is finally in the bottom of the sea.

Germany will stay and fight, how about CW?
