In France, the UK division that landed near Rouen is destroyed; but otherwise the Axis are satisfied simply to contain the invasions.

With the cutting of the Archangel rail line in Russia, there is no need to raid the Arctic convoy route. All Axis fleets and U-Boats return to the Homeland. The Italian Fleet docks in Taranto for rep[airs.

Hadros gains some small measure of revenge by Shattering my Mechanized unit in Brittany. I responded by Shattering two of his American units.

Hadros has resigned this game. I don't blame him. Even if the Allies could recover there was no way they were going to conquer Germany and Italy in the turns remaining. I thank Hadros for the game. Hadros is a good player and the game was a tough challenge.

I will post some Reports from our last turn if anyone is interested.

Production Capacity and Tech. Note that the Germans spent 645 production on Upkeep. This was primarily spent upgrading most of my armour to tech level 43.

Thanks for the AAR. I have learned something it seems. When an unit is retreating, looks like the unoccupied hex can't be used by other units as a retreat path.
Maybe I will shatter more units now.
Chancellor Gorkon to Captain James T. Kirk:
You don't trust me, do you? I don't blame you. If there is to be a brave new world, our generation is going to have the hardest time living in it.
