Heh? Just pointing out that the two cuts are from the SAME region of the cow. It's all about how you butcher and trim it.

See that nice little circular hunk of meat in the ribeye? That's the filet. Same piece of meat, cut differently.

Ordinarily, I'd side with a human on this, but the Martian is right on that. On most Ribeye steak cuts, a portion of the ribeye on a side of the bone is a cross section of filet.

IIRC the last time Eyjafjallajökull erupted 100 or so years ago the eruption lasted for 12 months... [X(][X(][X(]

I wonder if we can go back to trains and ships and forget about airplanes in travel... [&:]
