Soviet ground support is as follows:

In support in Manchuria (67,145): 2 LND3 on extended range + 1 FTR2 as escort.

In NE Poland (45,51): One LND2, land it in the hex it flew from.

Take the X on the FTR2, abort combat, and land the bomber in Mukden.

USSR selects assault for all combats that they can select the combat table.

With your permission, I would like to call off the invasion in Estonia. I thought the final odds would be 7:1, not 6:1. I guess the fractional combat power doesn't round up to 3 allowing 3 bombardment and 1 ground support factor to equal 7:1.

Sure thing. That is ok with me.

The rounding is at the end. So only 2.5 points of shore bombardment is added.
