RE: WITM Mod- Released

ORIGINAL: Dili

My list is just to have open options and represents my knowledge at time. Right now i have found for example an ME110 employed in North Africa that had a 30mm gun and i have to check numbers built and it's representativity.

That would be the later types of the Bf 110G (-R3 and -R4), armed with two MK 108 30mm cannon. Be aware that those guns had short barrels, leading to low muzzle velocity. Good for ground attack and against bombers (if you got in close). Less effective against fighters.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

The patch 1.22 had a missing ship (the Glenroy). Corrected and sent to Spooky again as 1.22b.

Fremen,

It appears that the file path names are inconsistant in the new WITM 1.22b update file. The shipart folder paths are based on the Art folder whilst the rest of the files are based on the game root folder.

This will cause problems if all the files are simply unzipped into the game root directory using the 'Use folder names' option.

This won't affect the grognards who know all the file locations but the newbies might find this a little confusing.
Cheers,
Reg.

(One day I will learn to spell - or check before posting....)
Uh oh, Firefox has a spell checker!! What excuse can I use now!!!

Well..sorry that. Normally i zip the mod to grognards.
If my knowledge about english would be better, a readme file to newbies will be included but this not the case...

I like your sig.
The SIAI Marchetti (the Damned Hunchback) was one of the few nice bombers of the Italian army.

The Air Force had some nice and effective fighters.
Unfortunately no factories or money to produce enough to make any difference ... or maybe it was better they couldn't [;)]

I'm thinking of trying out WitM.

Does the Axis have any chance at all? How's game balance?
I usually play Allies in WitP, but I've always played the Axis in Europe [;)]

I think it is better for you to read the AAR's available. I never played WITM deeply. Note that there are 2 WITM: Nickademus and The Original Fremen.

Btw since you are Italian, do you have any data on Italian airplane bombs? I am specially looking for armor piercing data(what weight they had) and charge/weight ratio. I have got that data for British and Germans.
