Allied Ground Re-Enforcement Schedule
About a week or ten days ago, the 102nd PA Infantry Division was to arrive in San Francisco in two days.
Every new turn I check the Ground Re-Enforcement Schedule and every time I check it still shows the 102nd PA Infantry Division to arrive in San Francisco in two days.
I haven't received any ground re-enforcements for about a week or ten days and I am concerned a glitch has shut down my re-enforcements as scheduled.
Best Regards,

Australia Situation
As of February 23, 1942
Opening Note
As previously mentioned, the Australians have primarily withdrawn to the Whyalla-Brisbane Line and points South.
The first of the U.S. Army units (the 205th FA Bn.) has arrived and is at Wagga Wagga.
The first of the U.S. Marine units have arrived (1st Raider Bn. And 8th Marine Rgt.) and are in route from Melbourne to Wagga Wagga.
Keep in mind as you review the following troop dispositions in Australia that each location is also garrisoned with at least one (most locations have two or more) Engineer Base Forces. In addition, Some locations have Headquarter units.
For now, until all bases are at Fort Level 3 or higher, the Australians have stopped building up Airbases.
In a couple days, aircraft will be flown to all coastal and Northern forward bases to detect Japanese movement on Australia.
Outpost Bases
Darwin, Geraldton, Perth, and Albany: Each has a Coastal Defense Fortress.
Alice Springs: Fort 3 (8%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 78 AV
Main Line of Resistance Bases
Whyalla: Fort 2 (1%); Aircraft Capacity 1; 95 AV
Port Augusta: Fort 3 (10%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 112 AV; 1 Coastal Art. Rgt.

Tamworth: Fort 2 (17%); Aircraft Capacity 2; 92 AV
Wagga Wagga: Fort 3 (19%); Aircraft Capacity 3, 100 AV, Anti-Tank Rgt.; 3 Artillery units
Bathurst: Fort 1 (71%); Aircraft Capacity 1; 93 AV
Canberra: Fort 3 (10%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 99 AV
Portland: 3 (49%); Aircraft Capacity 2; 119 AV; 1 Coastal Artillery Def Bn
Geelong: Fort 1 (73%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 90 AV
Melbourne: Fort 3 (3%); Aircraft Capacity 8; 98 AV; 1 Coastal Artillery Def Bn
Portsea: Fort 2 (80%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 86 AV; Nepean Fortress
Sale: Fort 2 (12%); Aircraft Capacity 2; 84 AV
Port Kembla: Fort 2 (5%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 91 AV; 1 AA Rgt.
Sydney: Fort 3 (14%); Aircraft Capacity 8; 175 AV; Banks & North Fortress’; 1 Coastal Artillery Def Bn
Newcastle: Fort 2 (44%); Aircraft Capacity 3; 136 AV; Newcastle Fortress
Ground Units In Route to Australia
All of the following U.S. Marine, Navy, and Army units have already left from either San Diego, Pearl Harbor, Tahiti, and New Zealand, and are in route to Australia. All of these ground units, with the exception of the AA units, will join the units already at Wagga Wagga and represent a Reactionary Reserve Force.
U.S. Marine and Navy Units
*8th Marine Rgt. And 1st USMC Raider Bn. Is already in Australia and in route to Wagga Wagga from Melbourne.
2nd USMC Parachute Bn.
2nd, and 3rd USMC Raider Bns.
2nd, 3rd, and 4th USMC Defense Bns.
2nd USMC Tank Bn.
2nd USMC FA Bn.
2nd USMC Engineer Rgt.
I Amphibious Corps Headquarters
101st, 111th,, and 255th USN Base Forces
U.S. Army Units
The 205th FA Bn is already at Wagga Wagga.
131st, 147th, and 148th FA Rgts.
197th, 1/198th, 208th, and 428th AA units.
118th and 119th USAAF Base Forces.
*More Marine, Navy, and Army units will follow to help defend Australia until such time as Australia is secure and Allied Offensive Operations needing these troops commences.
End Note
Considering U.S. forces are now arriving and will continue to arrive in Australia almost on a daily basis, I feel confident that should El Lobo invade Australia, El Lobo would not be able to conquer Melbourne and Sydney.
Your thoughts?
Best Regards,
-Terry

Every new turn I check the Ground Re-Enforcement Schedule and every time I check it still shows the 102nd PA Infantry Division to arrive in San Francisco in two days.
I haven't received any ground re-enforcements for about a week or ten days and I am concerned a glitch has shut down my re-enforcements as scheduled.

It's typical for the reinforcements for the PI to keep getting delayed over and over again because Manila is in enemy hands.
In my current game after failing to appear in Manila I also noticed the 1st PA Div was set for San Fran in the schedule and was wondering about it until the Division appeared in Cagayan, which I still hold.
I'm playing Focus Pacific Mod so it may have been modded to be different from stock.
Been meaning to ask.

Hans-
Ah, ok so others have experienced the same; at least regarding the 102nd PA Infantry Division.
Do you know if this also delays all other troop Re-Enforcements that follow?
The next two posts will post screenshots of February 23 and February 24 that illustrates nothing changed on the Re-enforcement Schedule.

RE: THE WAR COLLEGE-Rio Bravo (A) v. El Lobo (J)
Intelligence Report
By the Numbers
As of March 1, 1942
Opening Note
Hopefully, later today, I will provide a more thorough update on Allied Defensive Main Lines of Resistance. The following consists of a brief update and a screenshot of the Intelligence Report for March 1, 1942.
1.) U.S. Marines, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Army ground troops are pouring into Australia and consolidating at Wagga Wagga. I want to keep these troops hidden from Japanese Intelligence. These troops are resting, being held in reserve, as a Reactionary Force should Japan invade Australia.
2.) Chinese Divisions, I Australia Corps, U.S. Army troops, and II U.S. Fighter Squadrons and V U.S. Bomber Squadrons are pouring into India. All of these troops are consolidating by Command and are hidden in the interior of India. Again, these troops are resting, and I want to hide these troops from Japanese Intelligence, and use these forces as Reactionary Forces should Japan invade India.
3.) Tahiti has a Garrison Assault value of over 350 with support of AA and Artillery units. The port and fort are building nicely.
4.) Anchorage, Whittier, Seward, Kodiak Island, and Prince Rupert each have an Assault Value of at least 150 with support of AA and Artillery units.
5.) The Japanese have not attacked neither Wake Island nor Midway Island. Emphasis in March will be to build up Wake, Midway, Johnston, Christmas, and Palmyra.
6.) After the Pacific Islands have been built up, the Allies will concentrate on Ceylon.
7.) By March 15, 1942, I want Naval Bombardment Task Forces leaving Pearl to bombard either the Marianas Islands or Truk.
I think that India and Australia are in good shape to defend should the Japanese invade either Australia or India.
Best Regards,
-Terry

The Philippines Situation
As of March 2, 1942
As you can see, El Lobo pretty much goes where he wants to go, at his own pace, and conquers what he desires to conquer.
I suspect soon, more Japanese troops will be freed to wreak havoc elsewhere.
