President Roosevelt urges the Congress that USA ought to send strongly worded letter to to the Japan condemning their aggression in China in general, and specifically the assault on Changsha. The congress, however, is unmoved as it considers it a deviation from the current US foreign policy. (No US entry marker drawn - 5 rolled)

The final Axis attack is on Brussels. Will France select blitz, or assault?

The Communists make a couple of 1 hex adjustments to the Lanchow WLD and MIL.

Anticipating the imminent exit of the Belgium's stage right, the French army makes a large side-step to the North-West. With things looking rather sparse, Billotte is forced to take up positions on the front line.

No combat, rebases or reorgs.

Turn ends on a 1 (less than 2 needed).

No partisans appear.

Where would the Germans like to place their pact markers?

Note that there seem to be a bug, for me, during the yearly scrap step. I am unable to scrap units, at times, during this step. This seems to be because I have left the focus from MWIF to go to my mail program to check orders. When I have returned to MWIF I can no longer scrap. As long as the focus remains on MWIF there is no issue.

If the bug appears, then I suggest you just advance on without scrapping for that MP during that step. You can always scrap the units during the next EoT production.
