Hi all,
ORIGINAL: Terminus

Too bad they're not hyping it so much. Don't be shy, EA![8|]

Well... all demo trailers from in-game look really spectacular... I have never seen such combination in any game thus far...

morning tithe.

Finished Zimm's book last night on Pearl Harbor. If i were to summarize it in as short an amount of words as possible:

Those poor dumb Japanese......led by that poor dumb Yamamoto.......

I have to wonder if there are people in Japan who ask themselves......."will US (or western) authors ever tire of publishing books on WWII that take on a tone of either cackling self congratulation or contemptous "re-evaluations" of OPFORCE battles and campaigns?" Its like i said a month ago, it was actually a refreshing change to read a book by said western author (Hastings in this case - Armageddon) where he just comes plain out and says..."look....this Axis force was better at this than the western democracies"

Much as i hate to quote my ex.......she had a point when she said. "It all happened over 60 years ago....GET OVER IT"

I can add to that. "WE WON.....now GET OVER IT"

I guess though, its like people arguing over their favorite sports teams.

Yeah. Those poor dumb Seattle Seahawks fans...led by that poor dumb Nikademus... [:'(]

Doubt it. Every generation will need to 're-examine' the causes, etc. and will then commence self-congratulation and/or giggling.

hey....i'm not the one who let that poor dumb Hassleback go.

Just read it in the paper this morning. God thats gotta suck. 10 years, best winning records ever for the humdrum Seahawk history, including a superbowl visit and an NFC championship.....and he gets told over the phone that his services are no longer required.

Admittedly, he did struggle last year and is 35, but he deserved better than that.

How about a used yet good condition Tavarias Jackson. Will trade for snowblower or power tool.

Jackson is a 'tool', alright. I don't know that I've ever seen him in 'good' condition either. Somewhere between "nausea-inducing" on end of the scale and "grudgingly satisfactory" on the other end is where his qualifications lie.

Can you tell I'm a Tony Romo fan? [:D]

maybe Pete's on to something. we litterally tripped and stumbled into the playoffs last year. maybe this year, with just a little more gravity we can trip into a superbowl trophy.

Sorry, bud. If anyone's going to be falling over and tripping their way to a championship this year, it's going to be the Boys of Cow, Men of Moo.

well, at least tavarias is a young and (relatively) unknown quantity...we get stuck with Donny McNabb, a guy that gets pulled in the fourth quarter of a close game because his coach doesn't trust him to call the right plays...jeff george, brett favre and now mcnabb? what's next...warren moon coming out of retirement?
Kirk Lazarus: I know who I am. I'm the dude playin' the dude, disguised as another dude!
Ron Swanson: Clear alcohols are for rich women on diets.

Good? When the Vikings thought Jackson was the answer, I couldn't figure out what the questions was...
