Quiet day today with the markets closed.

Sometimes that is a good thing. Always something to catch up on.

Aye. What's keeping you busiest workwise these days, Jeff?

It looks like, with corn settling into a $4.20-$4.50 long-term track that ethanol will be profitable again this year. That's gotta have the commodities brokers hopping to get stuff moved hither and yon in quantity.

Is ADM common stock a decent bet this year? It's been pretty beat up of late.

Good evening friends.

Thought of you yesterday, Viking Dude-when I was watching our women eviscerate yours in hockey. It's going to the be us and the Canadians for the top two spots, it seems. Any hope for the bronze from your squad?

Hardly. Just getting to the semis was a huge achievement given how they've played the last two years. Some four-five years ago, they were actually closing in on the USA/Canada lead, but for some reason they're loosing ground. I'd give them no more than 10-20% chance of pinching the bronze.

Couldn't see the game in Estonia. Saw that the shots ended up 70 ([X(]) - 9 ... 'nuff said.

Yeah, and 45 of those 70 shots were in just the first period!

I think it's likely more the USA and Canada women's game progressing at a faster pace than Sweden rather than Sweden regressing. I know women's hockey is really gaining momentum in this area of the US.

Couple days, tomorrow and Thursday, with 70+F on the ground. SW breeze at 7 kts, low, WSW at 12 kks above 30 meters. Warm and wet. Perfect for flying light. Puffy cumulus at 3k, clearing out fairly quickly.

None of you seem to care much. Should I just stop?

Tomorrow and the next day, 70F for us. But, the kicker for that is, on Thursday, we have a slight chance of severe weather with a front moving through. Going from winter to spring severe weather in a week. Yup, that sounds like TN.

Makes me jealous and fondly remember my year living in P'cola. Sure sounds like great sailing weather, too. [8D]
