Welp, took PM back. We shall see if this ends up an unfortunate repeat of the Battle of New Caledonia.

Where can we go to get details of the 'unfortunate battle of New Caledonia'? Didja get a drubbin'?

Did he just have a regiment on PM, per your recon?

I guess I'm looking for a new truck. Needs to be 3/4 ton, short bed, & crew cab. Anyone have any good recommendations?

A mixed brigade plus a couple of base forces. Took three days to capture the base using 7th Australian Division and 40th US Infantry Division plus artillery. 6th Australian Div plus I Aus Corps are inbound, and once I clear the hex completely I'll be flying in aviation support and engineers.

As for New Caledonia, that was a long time ago. I reported on it here; cost me five divisions and all my US CVs.

Traveling across Colorado in an area called South Park in the wee hours of the am.  Hit an ice patch and away we went.  Front end looks the same.  We went off nose first, flipped end over end & landed on the tail.  Darned thing looks like Godzilla used it for a beer can.  Thank God for seat belts.  Nothing hurt but pride & a few bruises.  Now I have to go find a replacement for Big Red [:(]

How about a nice, slightly used M-113 APC. Check your local National Guard dealership.

Glad your okay.

Not a bad idea! I hear 'Ahnold' got himself a tank. I'll shoot him a message & contact his dealer [;)]

Sounds like quite a ride... [:(]

Not one you would want to repeat unless you were into stunts.

Glad everyone is OK. Vehicles are replaceable!
