I tried to save the patch and unpack it and got an error.

This time I'm just opening it directly from the hyperlink. Am I missing something? I'm a bit of a duffer when it comes to some of this file stuff.

Edit: I don't think I'm getting the whole patch. I think it's supposed to be 174Mb and what I downloaded is 56.6Mb. I posted something similar in the support thread as well in case someone is looking there.

A solution for anyone having the same problem as me. I used the freebie version of Download Accelerator to get the patch no worries. It came down at 45-50Kb/s too.

What a shame...this patch has been n the works for over a year and finally, when it decides to show it's face, you can't get your hands on it.

Less than 15Kbps on a 4Mb connection...and I've checked my connection speed on several sites, and they all report around 3950Kbps

I've beeneagerly waiting on this for the NA estabs....shame

Also have high speed internet connection and took about 71/2 hours to download yesterday...once downloaded the patch has worked fine for me.  But the download experience was a trip back in time!
