I'm too out of shape at the moment to be in the "Jock" catagory....but i am working on it. (Getting old does indeed SUCK)
Still....i managed to survive a three day Combined Training camp two weeks ago in 80 degree heat.

Thx.....GF's pride and joy of 12+ years. He's 18 now and hasn't lost a step. (I can personally vouch for that!) Going 450 meters a min or faster is his "comfortable" gallop zone.
