Are you sure the FBD/HQ wasn't displaced on it's own by another enemy unit moving adjacent? Hard to imagine how a HQ would be impacted by other units displacing, but willing to look into it if you have a repeatable save.
well i would like to but for some reason i cant attach the save files. it just says: "Invalid file extension: Save turn 008 8-10-1941 Ax.sav"

and yes i am sure there was no enemy unit moving adjacent because it happend in my turn and i could see it happening

Air Groups (Units) - Experience (Exp), Morale (Mrl) and Fatigue (Fat) question.

i wonder when to Rest my air groups -
WitW Tips PDF wrote:Check often the Air Groups under Commander’s Report: put in “Rest” those units that have high
fatigue (over 12-15); and return to duty those that have recovered.
also, for the initial border battles (and everything tactical, GS and CAP) my Messerschmitts don't need their drop tanks, right? -
WitW Tips PDF also wrote:[...]generally don't use drop tanks on German fighters. [...] you don't
want them flying a long way to intercept (more fatigue, probably less chance to intercept if
farther away). The fighters seem to have plenty of targets without the extra range.
... does this info hold true in WitE2 as well? - :|
again, same PDF wrote:Always watch your Morale Level. It should always be at least equal to your
Experience Level. If Morale is not at least equal then set the Air Unit to Rest. Fatigue is also
deadly. Rest "cures" low Fatigue and low Morale. If your pilots are not ready do not send them
up. Let the Infantry take the pain until your fighters are ready.
:?: Air Groups Fatigue - when to REST? what is the magic number to watch out for? ... like WitW, over 12-15 (Fatigue)?
btw, here's this fatigue-summary for ground units: https://forums.matrixgames.com/viewtopi ... 3#p4815453 - trying to collect some info for air units as well ...

(alas ... yep, i'm still having fun with my T1 exercises but man, it's so damn interesting!) :)
So muss man erst mal machen können.
