Just get the Matrix Pacwar game. It's a great deal less complex and detailed but the basic game system is pretty much the same.
Shirley, you must be kidding. PW is only similar to WitP in that it addresses the same conflict at the same scale and was(reputedly) designed by Gary Grigsby. There are few dynamic similarities.

Hi Guys,
Althought I have had this game for a few months now,I must be honest and say I have not devoted enough time to it,as I have been buying alot of other Matrix games since I first found out about Matrix games in 2008 !

Reality is dynamic, there are always people arriving to wargames. And people going out. When AE will be released some will for the first time know that there is this witp game.
