Is it true that ability to air transport of (R) land units between the same command (R) bases will be disallowed in Patch 2???

I'm interested in the response to this too. I would find this unacceptable, as is currently the fact of not being able to load such units on a ship of the same command and offloading it to another base of the same command. But again, you can always MOD......
So much WitP and so little time to play.... :-(
