Final situation. Still using the hold mode for infantry, perhaps a mistake. I don't know.

ncc I feel for you. ComradeKorps is a formidable opponent and the UK All-in strategy is tough to beat. But I have examined some of the screenshots you have posted and do have few tips for you that might at least even the odds a bit. I know many players (including myself) are not always open to criticism, so I hope you take these tips in the spirit in which they are intended.

The first tip is to examine the map carefully to try and figure out if there is any way to shatter enemy units. An example is below where if you had first attacked and retreated the units circled in red it would have left the unit circled in blue nowhere to retreat.

If possible I will use my infantry in attacks until they only have 1 or 2 OPS left before replacing them with armour. This is especially true in France where the Germans generally have an excess of infantry. So in the battle below I would have used those infantry to make at least 1 more attack and maybe 2. The risk, of course is that you will end up with too many units clogging your rear area so you have no place to retreat yourself; so admittedly you do have to be somewhat careful.

Had you done this then when you did switch in your armour you may have had 7:1 or better odds rather than just 4:1. I believe 7:1 or better odds are required to shatter a unit that has retreat route. Sometime I will attack a unit multiple times at low odds so that it won't retreat. Then when it is worn down I will move in the big guns and finish it off at high odds. Kind of like what you did to the UK armour on your next turn.

Finally, I don't think you made near enough air strikes. Unless you already have very good odds it is important to air strike every hex at least once before attacking it. If you are lucky you may knock off a strength point or two, but even if you don't you will reduce the defenders effectiveness. I am on the record as saying that I don't think air strikes are as effective as they should be; but they are not useless. At least the first air strike isn't useless. I believe each successive air strike is less effective so I don't recommend more than 1 or 2 except in special circumstances.

Thanks a lot, this is exactly why I am doing one so detailed AAR. Any tips are welcome.
By the way, are you using Hold mode on infantry like me or not?

Thanks

Generally I hold with the front line infantry in France; but there are always exceptions.
