This was the last time, for the season, that I go and watch football. [:(]

Stupid sport, a huge waste of time and energy.

A home draw against the last team in the Allsvenskan league. That's dreadful, to say the last. [:(]

I felt the same two weeks ago, when my team lost against a team from the second division in the Portuguese league cup. Football can be pure nonsense.

After Neymar all the prices are now inflated.
And as you know, Paulinho is just a "regular" player.

according to one UK newspaper he was apparently the best foreign player in the Chinese league for the last few seasons.

Ahem .. call me a cynic but that either (a) indicates that most are only over there for a final pay check or (b) some journalist has simply decided to rewrite a press release (shock horror).

But in a summer of some pretty deranged transfers, that one does have the capacity to surprise.

Paper doesn't really change things.

We've signed someone at last! Now there is the not insignificant matter as to whether he is actually any good which, given our recent big money buys, is hardly a given [:(]

When it comes to the Spurs central defence, if obviously helps to be ex-Ajax......
