Soo.. it started raining Friday, and didn't stop until last night. Best rain at the best possible time. Wahoo! Oh, and the Chiefs won.
Life is tough. The sooner you realize that, the easier it will be.

Me too. Get the bike tomorrow. Ain't gonna do the rum thing till I get the Harley home. After that, the neighbors might get some pictures of me and the bike. The glass in my hand may, or may not, contain a celebratory rum drink !!ORIGINAL: USS America

Which Harley did you get? I personally love the Heritage Classic.

Got a 2007, Sportster 883. Your basic stock XL-Low, but has the suspension lift. And it has Vance & Hines pipes and a RK J-Black breather to match. I'm not a big fan of noise, but like the extra HP. Basically, your ordinary, everyday Harley Sportster 883.ORIGINAL: Mynok

We have an XL1200 low with the Screaming Eagle pipes. I'm not a noise monger either but it's tolerable. The low is way to short for me though, and since my wife has decided (it's her bike) that she is not cut out for it, we'll sell it. It's a sweet ride...full seat with bags and all.

RE: THE THREAD!!!
Yeah, the Sportster Low is a bit short, but the extra inch on the suspension tweak does the deed for me. I gots 28 " or so at the saddle. It's a 51747-07 Badlander seat. Seriously wanted it in distressed brown to go with my jacket, but that's another $200. Oh no, Harley don't nickel and dime ya to death, they just do it in $200 chunks. [:D]ORIGINAL: Mynok
