There is an additional column showing the TOE delay time as I find it hard to know when TOE will upgrade without having to look through each unit.

Will this do ... Notice the bottom line of box.
Never underestimate the power of these "little" tweaks to improve and ease playing the game. They all add up.
(If only you would add fields for XP, Morale, Fatigue & Disruption in the (toggled) Ground Units screen displays. Pretty please!)

I still would like to someday see the ability to hover my mouse over conflicted hex and see the numerical strengths of my own units in a hex, at a glance.Of course I can get this info by opening the unit screens and in the op reports, but this feature would sure come in handy when dealing with a line of conflicted hexes grouped near one another.
Will this do.
I was having difficulty in seeing how many CD guns where in hex due to many LCUs.

Don't know what I am doing wrong and I am hoping someone can guild me through.
Where is the exe file after the patch is installed. What I have right now shows version k5 with a 4/10/11 build date when I start the game. That doesn't sound right does it? Shouldn't it reflect k7?[&:]

Buck,
The install process of the Beta puts it in a sub-folder and (here's the critical piece) it creates a separate shortcut to use the Beta. Michael did that so people could choose to run the official patch they have installed, or choose the Beta. In your WITP-AE folder, look for the folder "Beta2". In there is where it gets installed. The separate shortcut goes on your desktop.
If you want to create your own short cut, just copy your 'normal' shortcut, then change the copy to put to the Beta2 folder to find the .exe file. Do not change the "Start In" line.

Don't know why I bother buying Matrix games lately - have 3 new (uninstalled) games plus 2 others installed.
For some reason, I don't seem to have the time to play them.[&:][:D]

When I try and run the patch from the Beta2 file I get an Error message that the PW data can't be found.
Buck
Note that the short cut file date is 3/28/11.

Every time this has happened to me it's because I've been launching off the wrong shortcut. The last Beta I'm running has a shortcut labeled "Beta2 Special", but it isn't the current beta (the K maybe?) Michaelm has been pretty good about making the new shortcut names unique, but my PC, due to the way I have icon arranging set, always puts anything new in the same little part of the screen, and the icon is the same picture for every AE shortcut. I've saved the old beta shortcuts just because, and once in awhile I'm only half looking when I lainch and I get the worng one, followed by the PW data error you name.
Double check the shortcut properties. If you have to, reinstall the beta patch and find the new shortcut again.
