2 Divisions attack across the river and take 80, 39[:)]. Just South East of Tienshui. I had hoped that I would be able to beat the Chinese to the mountains but he already has units there so may be able to evacuate Tienshui.
An attack on the edge of the woods does well and may soon push the Allies out of another hex.

An Allied sub fails an attack North of Truk against a reinforcement convoy. Counter attack is useless as the escorts have Type 95 DC that are set too shallow.

The aircraft loss screen suggests that the Allied loss may be more like 130 aircraft lost on the ground (are the pilots also lost?).
My troops are too damaged to pursue given the risk from B-17E attack. (For example, the 4th Division has only 38 active Infantry squads with 280 disabled.)
However, with the destruction of Allied fighters I may be able to harass the disrupted Australians from the air and get some more success.
This success I think came from getting the Command HQ bonus. Southern Army HQ is at Koepang and 82 prepped for Katherine. 14th Army was at Katherine and 72 prepped.
No idea what Allied force pools are like but I guess that will have gutted Australian pools nicely.
