Axis impulse 5 Sep/OCt 42 ( impulse # 11 ) Rain is b ack in Arctic and Temperate

Now it is the Axis turn to do very little in their impulse. Germany has begun sending a few units and planes westwards with an eye to defense in Western Europe. The troops in Siberia and Caucasus are looking a bit insufficient in quantity being split in two separate areas and far from reinforcement sources.
Germany still has to decide whether to collapse Vichy or use the Vichy units to defend by the Pyrenees.

4 HQ's from the CW and 2 from USA? That's a good commitment of forces coming through Spain.

Looks like the Allies are slowly taking the initiative from the axis. Good work in your game.

With the Germans busy in Siberia there was no need to keep a lot of force in England and Egypt had already been lost. Italy has a lot of air power to stop an invasion so Spain looked like the easy way to get back into the European mainland in this game.

Of course being a solitaire game things are a bit more predictable in terms of what one must look out for.

Very true. Especially in regards to naval actions. Setting up both sides for action in a sea zone, takes some of the mystery away.

Keep up the good work.
