Japan attacks Kweilin. The final odds after 4 points of ground support will be 5:1. Will China select assault, or blitz?

And now for the main event of the impulse. The first battle of Kweilin. On the Chinese side we have the undefeated 17th Army. And on the Japanese side we have the juggernaut, Army Group Yamamoto.

The Chinese side has opted that the battle will be fought using blitz rules.

Garrison rating was tested versus partisans in Malays, NEI, and Poland. But a partisan only appear in Poland.

How does CW want to place the partisan? Only two hexes available.

The Soviets place to defence.

The US move a chit to the Japanese pool and pick resources to China and China can build aircraft. Two x 10 are throw for tension.

I will send the game over and await all orders so I can do EoT in one session as usual.

Axis end of turn:

Pact Markers:
Germany add one to each pool.

Preliminary planning:
Germany 22 production points - 15 BPs. Save 1 oil in Bratislava, one in Breslau, and one in Vienna. Note that MWIF lists two oil as going to Italy while only one is traded - had to clear the orders for the oil going to Rome.
Italy - 6 production points - 5 BPs. Save 2 oil. 2 in Rome.
Japan - 16 production points - 15 BPs. Save 1 oil from NEI in Canton. Note that I didn't manage to send one of the NEI oils to production (The one being saved in Sapporo) so I saved that one in Canton, but I had no issue sending the other NEI oil to production)

Stay at sea:
The following units stay at sea.

Germany:
Baltic Sea: 4 x CPs.

Italy:
Italian Coast: 1 CP + 1 BB + 3 x CA.

Japan:
Sea of Japan: CP
Japanese Coast: 5 x CP
China Sea: 7 x CP
South China Sea: 3 x CP
The Marianas: CP

Return to Base:

Germany:
CSV: SUB -> Milan

Italy:
Cape Verde Basin: SUB -> La Spezia
CSV: SUB -> La Spezia

Japan:
South China Sea: TRS -> Fukuoka

Use Oil:

Germany:
All units are reorganized for 1 oil (0.9). Use 1 oil saved in Prague.

Italy:
All units are reorganized for 0 oil (0.45).

Japan:
All units are reorganized for 1 oil (0.75).

Breakdown:
-

Prod plan Final:
Germany - No changes needed - 15 BPs
Italy - No changes needed - 5 BPs
Japan - No changes should be needed - 15 BPs

Scrap:
-

Production:
Germany (15):
MIL
PARA Div
FTR2
2 x LND2
2 x Pilot

Italy (5):
NAV3
Pilot

Japan (15):
Scrap LND3
2 x MIL
LND3
Synth Oil

Factory destruction:
-

Reinforcements:

Germany:
2 x LND2 (Stuka) + ATR3 -> Aachen
PARA -> Aachen
INF -> Cologne

Italy:
BB -> La Spezia

Japan:
MECH + INF + CL -> Fukuoka (If Fukuoka MIL is placed the place the INF in Osaka)

Voluntary Resource Lending:
Same; Germany -> Italy: 3 resources, (1 oil, minimum)

Axis goes first if we win the initiative. No re-roll.

Note for Axis:
Italy: 6 oil total - 3 oil in Milan, 3 in Rome. (I thought it was going to be 2 in Milan, and 4 in Rome. But I suppose how MWIF has them is correct)
Japan: 9 oil total - 3 oil in Tokyo, 2 in Osaka, 1 oil in each of Canton, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Sendai
Germany: 9 oil total - 4 oil in Berlin, 2 oil in Prague, 1 oil in Vienna, 1 oil in Bratislava, and 1 oil in Breslau.
