Turn 83: October 23, 1942

In Scotland we push back the US 1st armor. It's honestly too costly in the rain.
The UK is by now well garrisoned.

Turn 84: November 6, 1942

The Axis fleet sinks 7 merchants but is hit by a carrier strike and loses 5 steps.
The fleet retires to Southamption.

Three Italian submarine squadrons start repairs in London.

The 11th Panzer deploys, it will be sent to Africa.

Germany is at 66% manpower but almost all units are at full strength. I expect
manpower to slowly increase during the winter.

The 12th Panzer deploys, it will go to England.

Germany sends 132 production aid to Hungary and builds the 10th Interceptor.

The weather is clear in northern Russia so we go on a few bombing runs.

Quiet turn. The 9th Interceptor deploys, it will be sent to Africa.

The German 4th paratrooper is disbanded.

The Allies advance in Africa. Our tactical bombers raid the entire frontline.

After careful consideration the 5th Panzer is withdrawn from the east and made
ready for transport to Tunisia.

Turn 87: December 18, 1942

After a massive bombardment the Allies easily push back the Italian 14th corps.
But I think they'll find it rough going from here on.

This is basically our strategy for the rest of the game:
a) Let the Allies exhaust themselves attacking
b) Counter-attack and destroy units

Germany sends 121 production to Spain and builds the 11th Interceptor.

Spain builds the 4 corps. Germany sends 122 production to Yugoslavia.

In southern Russia there are 4 panzers in reserve, in the north there are 2 in reserve, 2 on the frontlines.

Turn 90: January 29, 1943

Italy loses a submarine to a carrier strike. The Allies evacuate Tripoli.

I was ready to go back on the defensive. In light of the new situation we'll try to capture the port of Misurata.
No battles this turn.

Germany sends a further 122 production to Yugoslavia.

Also, the Iron Ore route through Norway does not seem to be working.

Italian submarines sink 5 merchants.

We make some minor attacks in Scotland and set up a defensive line in Libya.

Italy builds a mountain corps, Germany builds the 6th Tactical bomber and the 13th Panzer.
Manpower is at 73%.

Turn 93: March 12, 1943

Italian submarines sink 2 merchants but take 4 steps damage. It's pointless.

Germany sends 137 production to Yugoslavia and builds a "tactical air group", I prefer
to think of them as long range bombers.

Turn 94: March 26, 1943

The Axis fleet sinks 7 merchants on the arctic trade route to the Soviets.

The Axis fleet now splits up into 3 groups of 2 units and heads to port. It will further raid in the north.

Every turn the entire Soviet air force bombs the Finns. Other than that there has been
no fighting in the east.

Italy builds a mountain corps. Germany keeps up the aid to Yugoslavia.
Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania build divisions, and Spain builds a small corps.

Germany is at 76% manpower.

Turn 95: April 9, 1943

Quiet turn. Two German infantry corps get ready to leave the UK.

The 5th and 9th Panzers are sent near Kaunas. The most likely attack vector for the Soviets
is south over the river here.

Germany sends 126 production to Yugoslavia.
