When it is convenient and at your pleasure, the French wishes to search for the Italian convoy. As the French ships return to Suez, that brings proceedings to a close this evening.

Mai oui, bien sur mon ami. First item on the agenda some time tomorrow evening, although might be a little late as I will be out for the first part.
RE: 4 player E-mail: A
While the action has been happening elsewhere, the French sub in the Italian Coast has been dutifully searching down the Italian convoys newly reestablished in the area.
Their call for air-support is declined.
The Italian cruiser gets faint echoes on the hydrophones but it comes to nothing.
Searches: Allies 8, Axis 5. No combat.
The Italian Erone flies a ground-strike over Gibraltar. The RN can intercept with the Swordfish from HMS Glorious. Do they launch?

Germany declares 10:24 attack on Gibraltar (9-4 INF and 1-4 INF div are attacking). Based on last impulse attack and AllenK's calculations is this correct?
1:2 would be 12:24 and I have 10:24. 1:3 would be 8, so gap between 1:3 and 1:2 is 12-8=4. 2/4=0,5 and fractional odds are 0,500.
Does CW want to send planes? Germany has fighter in stand by.
I believe it is assault as usual?

I need to understand the rule please. Is this 1:3 or 1:2 at the moment?
Secondly to save me going into the game, if the Axis bring in max bombers and max shore bombardment without reply, what is the best odds the Axis can get?
So its 1:3 +1 (-1) because on column below 1:2 at the moment pending the max air, shore bombardment and fractional odds?

Currently it is 1:3, but Axis have 50% chance to get 1:2.
There is no shore bombardment left for either side. Axis did not use ground support, fighter is all they have left.
Allies have 2 disorganized units in Gibraltar.
The best Axis can get is current odds.

Rolling 628 fractional odds fails (assuming I counted it right).

Well thank-you. You will be pleased to hear that said important parts of strategy have been attended to.

Hi Gents - I tried to do the partisan throws but used the wrong dice (as you can see from the e-mails) [8|]
I will try again - please ignore those results.....I assume its 1d100!
Right. To save a million e-mails I will do 10 x 1d100 and 2 x 1d10. These will be applied in strict order.

The machine has sent two e-mails again. As you can see I have used the first e-mail sent. The Germans place two to offence and move a marker from defence to offence.
