The last 3 turns I saw attacks that did not occur.

1 - BB torpedoed by air units off of Batavia
2 - CV torpedoed by S-27
3 - AO torpedoed by S-27

Most people seem to be able to correct the synch bug pretty quickly. THe fact that Pompacks method didn't work suggests that whatever is causing it is still going on. You are certain you are running the same versions?

I found out that I'd been applying the method wrong, so I've done it properly now (I hope). Turn on the way...

Fan-Freaking-Tastic![:@] The Patented Pompack Re-Synching Method does not work!

It involves the Jap player turning off Combat Reports before running the turn. I did this, but apparently it didn't take. Wonder if there's a config file conflict somewhere...

The method isn't 100% foolproof. I've had several PBEM's with Joe that we could not re-sync up even using it.

You just gotta love July-Dec 1942. Japan and Allies are evenly matched, neither side can really mount an offensive against the other. With every move your convinced its going to spring some enemy trap.
